Another great eco friendly material are bamboos. There are lots of houses in South East Asia that have been primarily out of bamboo shoots. They’re also light weight and can easily be transported.

The number one new eco friendly material that I’ve been hearing about lately is hemp. It can be used for cleaning and building and is stronger than cotton. Furthermore it requires less pesticides when growing. Of course hemp can be recycled and is biodegradable so you wouldn’t really worry that much if ever it ends in landfills.
Glasses nowadays are being recycled better and better. Just like Vetrazzo who is recycling their glass products into beautiful table tops instead of having them ending in landfill sites.
